By reading the resort assessments, guides, and rankings published here, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, your only remedy is to stop using this publication.
We may revise, amend, or restructure these provisions from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the material after any revision constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
2. The character of our content
This site is an independent informational catalogue and review publication covering resort hotels, destination properties, and leisure accommodation across the regions we assess.
- Guidance, not advice
- Every critique, amenity assessment, tier placement, and rating is published for general travel research and leisure planning.
- Editorial independence
- Our criteria express subjective editorial assessments, guided by hospitality industry standards and a published scoring framework.
- No reservation service
- This is not a travel agency. We operate no booking desk, no hotel, and no entertainment facility of any kind.
3. Copyright and permitted use
All original text, tier structures, analytical scorecards, styling, marks, and design elements belong exclusively to the publication and its licensors.
A limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence permits viewing and printing individual pages for personal planning. It does not permit you to:
- Reproduce, distribute, republish, or syndicate our assessments without written authorisation.
- Deploy scrapers, crawlers, or automated extraction tools against our ranking database.
- Modify our assessments or build derivative works from our published comparison tables.
4. The limits of what we can verify
We make reasonable efforts to check resort details, amenity information, and local conditions; even so, properties revise their offerings and rules regularly.
We extend no express or implied warranty covering the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party information. Confirm anything that matters directly with the establishment before committing.
5. Third-party links and providers
Our reviews may link to hotel websites, lodging providers, and official tourism bodies. Those links exist purely for navigational convenience.
Third-party properties, their operating terms, their security posture, and their booking contracts are outside our control. You follow external links at your own risk.
6. Acceptable use
Use of this site is conditional on your compliance with all relevant law. You agree in particular that you will not:
- Interfere with, impair, or compromise the integrity and security of our infrastructure.
- Seek unauthorised entry to administrative portals, infrastructure, or connected systems.
- Employ the site or its editorial content for any illegal, misleading, or abusive end.
7. Limits on our liability
Neither our editorial team nor our contributors or technical operators will be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of this publication, loss of access to it, or reliance upon its property descriptions, scores, or recommendations.
8. Applicable law
These terms are interpreted under recognised international commercial standards and the applicable statutes of the jurisdictions in which we publish. Should any single clause be held invalid or unenforceable, that clause is severed and the remainder continues in force.
